Hey everyone, its been a while.
I've been taking a break from my tattoo practice as I process the compounding grief I experienced at the end of summer. After some much needed space, I am looking forward to connecting with you all through the ritual we all love again - tattoo.
I am hoping to move back into tattooing with some new energy, and boundaries. I am feeling beyond excited to prioritize medium - large projects. Working with the body and its movement has been, and continues to be my deepest interest in mark making. I love tattoos that relate to the bodies shape, and respond to our vision of how we relate to our bodies.
A big shift in my practice moving forward is that I will be taking on a significantly smaller project load each month. This shift allows for more space to work on my other creative practices, gives my shoulder injury less agitation and expands my creative capacity for working with you. This upcoming month, I will be booking only 4-8 tattoos for the entire month. I am prioritizing large projects - i.e. back pieces, half / full sleeves, chest or belly pieces, body movement pieces, symmetrical concepts, or any pieces larger than 9inches.
